Customer Success Manager

ToolJet is a popular open-source ( ) low-code platform for building and deploying custom internal tools. We are a team of 50 members working from different regions of India. We've raised funding from investors like Microsoft’s M12, Nexus Venture Partners, January Capital & Ratio Ventures.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be expected to take full ownership of your customer portfolio and make key decisions to drive effective customer outcomes post-sales customer journey (Onboarding → Adoption → Retention → Advocacy).
You will be responsible for customer relationships with our Global Enterprise Customers and customer retention along with other areas which fall under the global customer success portfolio.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, maximise retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for the client to demonstrate the performance of campaigns; analyse trends to identify areas of improvement.
Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and contact customers for up-sell/cross-sell.
Requirements:
3 plus years of work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Sales etc.
Experience working in B2B SaaS with customers.
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
Comfortable to work in the US timings.
