We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation and Proposal Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate estimates and proposals for, Lube oil systems, Gas Panels for seals, Fuel gas skids , heat exchangers, and piping with structure projects. You will work closely with the sales team, engineering department, and procurement to ensure successful project execution.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer inquiries and specifications for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates considering material, labor, fabrication, and overhead costs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for each project.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility within the proposed budget.
  • Draft and submit compelling technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Participate in proposal presentations and client meetings to answer technical and commercial questions.
  • Track project progress and identify potential cost overruns or schedule delays.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation for Process skids, heat exchangers, piping with structure projects.
  • Strong understanding of pressure vessel and heat exchanger design principles, fabrication methods, and relevant codes and standards (ASME U stamp )


Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Salary 9,60,000/ P.A. + Accomodation at Hoskote.
