We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimation and Proposal Engineer to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about preparing accurate estimates and proposals for a variety of projects, this role is for you. You will be focusing on Lube oil systems, Gas Panels for seals, Fuel gas skids, heat exchangers, and piping with structure projects, collaborating closely with the sales team, engineering department, and procurement for seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer inquiries and specifications for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and piping projects.
  • Create detailed cost estimates considering material, labor, fabrication, and overhead costs.
  • Manage a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM) for each project.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility within the proposed budget.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Engage in proposal presentations and client meetings to address technical and commercial queries.
  • Monitor project progress and detect potential cost overruns or schedule delays.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Bring a minimum of 8+ years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation for Process skids, heat exchangers, piping with structure projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of pressure vessel and heat exchanger design principles, fabrication methods, and relevant codes and standards (ASME U stamp).

Show ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Offer: 9,60,000/ Per Annum + Accommodation in Hoskote.

Location: Manufacturing Plant in Hoskote, Bangalore
