Build order book - Exceed monthly order book targets (Achieve Top Line) Account mapping and identify decision makers Identify engagement opportunities across the client business Conduct multiple Negotiations with the SPOC's at client and ensure proper contracting Work closely with delivery team for seamless execution Customer Relationship Management

3+ years of Sales related experience in HR Tech, Leaning and Development, Recruitment. Degree in Business or related field Experience in Engagement with CXO's and Senior Leadership Knowledge of Consultative sales, Customer Relationship Management, Solution Selling, B2B Sales
