We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients for laboratory testing in a safe, accurate, and professional manner. A commitment to patient care, safety, and confidentiality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood specimens via venipuncture, fingerstick, or heel stick (as applicable).
- Label and handle specimens correctly to ensure accurate testing and tracking.
- Verify patient identity and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Maintain specimen integrity by following proper collection, transportation, and processing procedures.
- Prepare blood collection equipment and supplies as needed.
- Accurately enter patient and specimen data into the system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following infection control procedures.
- Adhere to all hospital, lab, and regulatory protocols, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management of phlebotomy supplies.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, particularly those who may be anxious or fearful.
- Participate in training and continuing education as required.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.
- Certification (preferred): Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting (preferred).
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
