Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing bid/ proposal support to the business development / sales team.
    • Develop OEM/ Vendor ecosystem for various initiatives for the organization.
    • Take ownership in the complete bid process management respect viz: Techno-commercial proposal, submittals etc. for HODs review & approval.
    • Prepare proposals, presentation, and solution design documents.
    • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
    • Hands on Demonstrations & Presentations of Organizations Product and Solution offerings.
    • Keep track of market price benchmarks. Determine appropriate list prices and discounts based on analysis of market and competition.
    • Proven experience in Presales activities such as RFP response, solution design, proposal development and high-quality customer-ready proposals.
    • Engage on new initiatives to develop solutions and collect market intelligence for such solutions.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in Pre-Sales and/or Business Development in Technology services of similar nature like Smart Cities/ Traffic, CCTV & Transportation.
    • Bachelors Degree (Business/Marketing, or Engineering) or higher. Masters in Business/ Marketing will be preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word are a must.
    • Proven efficiency and effectiveness in written and verbal communication skills is a must.
    • Ability to conceptualize projects through ideas, market intelligence by deep diving into the subject and present solution offering involving the OEMs ecosystem.
    • Thorough knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to negotiate alternative terms.
    • Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish, develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
