Detailed description of the job profileInstall and Evaluate machines, equipment, systems, and overall processes to provide decisions regarding maintenance needs in a technologically environment, solving problems in the operation and maintenance of machines, equipment and systems to ensure continuous functionality and make suggestions for upgrades of equipment and systems to ensure a better operation.Be able to operate manufacturing equipment and instruct on the proper operation of Loesche supplied equipment. Be competent in process measuring methods and technical process calculations such as heat and mass flow balances, energy audits, emissions monitoring, capacity verification and process flow.Test machines, equipment and systems in order to verify their functionality.Conduct inspections to define the material and service needs for preventive maintenance and direct technical teams during the works execution,Commissioning and startup equipment to ensure the correct operation,Participate in technical meetings with customers,Identify in the customers opportunities for services and parts sales.Prepare daily work reports, timesheet and other necessary reports inherent to the position and elaborate detailed technical reports of the performed service.Safety above all, drive and promote safety as a #1 initiative, represent and enforce Loesche Health, Safety and Environmental policies
