Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and persuasive Outbound Calling Executives to engage with prospective and existing customers in the automobile sector. The role involves making outbound calls to generate leads, promote vehicles, schedule test drives, follow up on inquiries, and support sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote vehicles, accessories, and offers.
• Generate qualified leads for new and used cars, finance, and insurance.
• Schedule and confirm test drives, showroom visits, and service appointments.
• Follow up on web inquiries, campaign leads, and walk-in leads to maximize conversions.
• Share detailed product knowledge, finance schemes, and promotional offers with customers.
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions in CRM software.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell services such as extended warranty, insurance, and maintenance packages.
• Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to improve campaigns and sales strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and objection handling.
