To strengthen our people processes, we are looking for an HRMS Admin & Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and configuring our HRMS (Darwinbox) and coordinating HR projects across functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and project man

**agement.

Core responsi**

  • bilities:Administer and manage the HRMS platform (Darwinbox) for smooth execution of HR p
  • rocesses.Configure workflows and system updates in consultation with HR and business stak
  • eholders.Maintain accurate employee master data and ensure timely
  • updates.Generate and share HR reports with stakeholders on a regul
  • ar basis.Conduct user training and prepare process documentat
  • ion/SOPs.Coordinate projects across all HR processes (not limited to HRMS), ensuring timelines and deliverables
  • are met.Explore HRMS features and suggest improvements for process ef
