We work with various SAP Partner companies and help them find exceptional talents who can add value to the organization.

Antal International, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi is a franchisee of Antal International since Sept 2021 and operates from Office at East Patel Nagar. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join immediately.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

DESIGNATION: Business Development Executive.

LOCATION: New Delhi, East Patel Nagar.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate preferably with an MBA or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: Fresher – 6 Months

SALARY: 1.8 LPA – 2.5 LPA (Fixed)

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Any Graduate with an MBA or equivalent with Relevant experience is preferred. Minimum 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive. Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals. Analytical mindset to assess market trends and devise strategic plans. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve goals and expand the company’s client base in the IT, Cement and Construction, Plastics, Chemicals & Fertiliser industries. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation methods. Actively pursue and acquire new clients by pitching the company’s services and presenting compelling value propositions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose appropriate solutions. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth. Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine the sales approach. Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with clients' requirements. Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
