We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team and contribute to the growth of both brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions (for both furniture & real estate verticals).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead pipelines.
- Support social media presence by participating in Social Media Content (such as reels, testimonials, walkthroughs, etc.) –
a plus, not mandatory
. - Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and customer engagement.
- Keep records of interactions and update CRM/sales trackers.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in
Sales / Business Development / Customer Handling
(experience in furniture, interior design, or real estate will be an added advantage). - Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills
– confident over calls and in-person interactions. - Strong
negotiation and persuasion abilities
. - Self-motivated with a
target-driven approach
. - Ability to multitask and manage both
product sales
(furniture) and
service sales
(real estate consultancy). - Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- A positive, presentable, and professional personality.
