Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Commercial Finance – Digitalization & Automation
  • Lead the digital transformation initiatives within the Commercial Finance function by leveraging automation, AI/ML, BI tools, and forecasting technologies.
  • Drive the design and implementation of scalable digital finance solutions across key business processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to identify, evaluate, and deploy end-to-end automation opportunities.
  • Utilize deep expertise in SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, BW/BI) to integrate and streamline finance processes and systems.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, ensuring real-time insights and actionable analytics. Manage large-scale automation projects, including RPA, predictive analytics, and AI-based forecasting, with a focus on ROI and scalability.
  • Champion data governance, quality, and standardization efforts to support analytics-driven decision-making. Translate complex data into business insights and recommendations for senior leadership to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Provide strategic support to CFO and finance leadership in implementing digital roadmaps and transformation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance, controls, and audit-readiness in all digital finance initiatives and reporting solutions.
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role
  • Qualification: Engineering is must. MBA in Finance is preferable
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills. Ability to understand the bigger picture (i.e., impacts of Domain specific investments across the business, etc).
  • Experience with interfacing effectively with parent and global counterparts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sandoz business systems and enabling functions structure, including SHAPE, Data Warehouse, and BPC highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing; ability to clearly explain financial information to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong PC skills including excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
