The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modulesRequired Skills & Experience:- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll).- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing.- Experience with integration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules.- Knowledge of local statutory compliance, taxes, and labor laws.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projectsKey Responsibilities:- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll).- Configure payroll processes, schemas, rules, and infotypes according to business requirements.- Ensure compliance with statutory and local payroll regulations in Singapore.- Perform integration with Employee Central, Finance, Time Management, and other SAP/Non-SAP systems.- Conduct system testing, validation, and reconciliation of payroll runs.- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide end-to-end resolution.- Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and payroll reporting.- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes.- Provide training and support to end-users on payroll functionalitiesWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
