The consultant will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and integration with other SuccessFactors modulesRequired Skills & Experience:- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (Employee Central Payroll). - Strong knowledge of payroll configuration, schemas, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing. - Experience with integration between EC Payroll and Employee Central, Time Management, and Finance modules. - Knowledge of local statutory compliance, taxes, and labor laws. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience in end-to-end payroll implementation projectsKey Responsibilities:- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll). - Configure payroll processes, schemas, rules, and infotypes according to business requirements. - Ensure compliance with statutory and local payroll regulations in Singapore. - Perform integration with Employee Central, Finance, Time Management, and other SAP/Non-SAP systems. - Conduct system testing, validation, and reconciliation of payroll runs. - Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide end-to-end resolution. - Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and payroll reporting. - Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize payroll processes. - Provide training and support to end-users on payroll functionalitiesWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
