We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with strong technical and project management expertise in the telecom domain. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both support and development projects, collaborating with offshore teams, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timely completion, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the technical aspects of telecom system development, support, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage resources, risks, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure successful deployment, release management, and post-production support.
- Use metrics, dashboards, and reports to track and monitor project progress and health.
- Foster strong client relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication, especially in an offshore collaboration environment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in telecom systems especially in BSS Billing (mandatory).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java development, Springboot, and Microservices architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of Cassandra and DB2 databases, including design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD processes, along with an understanding of release management practices.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, creating dashboards, tracking metrics, and generating progress reports.
- Familiarity with Evolved Packet Core (EPC) architecture in telecom systems.
- Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
- Experience with JIRA for project tracking and issue management.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in managing client relationships and working effectively with offshore teams.
