Job Description:

1. Experience in any monitoring tools and building dashboards – (ITRS/ Geneos/App Dynamics/Dynatrace/Thousand Eyes/ Splunk/ Appdynamics/ Grafana/ Prometheus).

2. Should have experience in building dashboards in tools like Grafana.

3. Hands on in Unix and SQL.

4. Log Analysis - Hands on able to seamlessly navigate logs and identify root cause.

5. Hands on Service Now/JIRA.

6. Experience in Linux.


Work Location: Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad
