Must Have skillset:
- Graduate in any stream (preferably in Commerce/Finance).
- 4+ year of experience in Banking/Financial services especially in Bereavement Financial Services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and good comprehension of English.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Candidate must have all the above mentioned skillset especially should have Bereavement Financial Services experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process bereavement-related cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.
- Validate and amend application details related to deceased accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to the team on potential improvements in processing quality.
- Respond to escalations and support emails or phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer requests are addressed within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and provide management with timely updates.
- Ensure that compliance standards and quality measures are maintained in all tasks.
