The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support.
This individual will be stationed at our May I Help You Desk at 32ND and assist with inquiries, offer information, and resolve any immediate concerns to ensure a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate is approachable, professional, and solutions-oriented.
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
Respond to inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services, directions, and policies.
Assist visitors with locating restaurants and event venues within the facility.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain daily logs of interactions and report any issues or suggestions to the supervisor.
Ensure customer feedback is properly documented and relayed to the management team.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
