Position: Resident Sales Manager / Resident Senior Sales Manager– HVAC Project

Experience - Around 12 to 15 years

Location - Hyderabad

Education -B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering from reputed college with 75% and above in Xth / XIIth.

Role - Project Sales

Industry Type: HVAC & Cleanroom for Hygiene and Industrial application like Pharmaceutical, Food, Electronics, Semiconductor, Automobile etc

Employment Type - Full Time & Permanent

Job Description –

  • Leadership in Regional Sales with a track record of achieving budget targets.
  • Effective management of a team of sales engineers, utilizing internal resources to cultivate strong customer relations and establish a significant market presence.
  • Proficiency in conducting independent client meetings, developing marketing plans, and creating and managing comprehensive market information and client databases.
  • Skillful in formulating and executing business plans, as well as managing channels for management information.
  • Sound knowledge of cost estimation for projects related to HVAC and Cleanroom applications across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, laboratories, and automobiles.
  • Coordination of company representation at conferences, exhibitions, and other market development events.
  • Preparation and management of both technical and commercial bids.
  • Efficient management of vendor relationships for optimized costing, establishment of new supply chains, and induction of new vendors for cost optimization.
  • Proficient in project design activities such as Heat Load estimation, Pump head calculation, ESP calculations, Duct static pressure calculations, piping designs, Construction of AHU Zoning, Area Classification, Piping Schematic diagrams, etc., using Microsoft Excel and HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) at both sales and project stages.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, providing an added advantage to project-related tasks.


Self-motivating leader with sharp techno-commercial acumen and excellent verbal / written

communication skill with proficiency in M.S Office, Email drafting, Power Point (PPT)
