We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Custody Service Experts Team . This role is in Pune, MH –Hybrid model.
Shift Timings: APAC ( AM to PM IST)
Position summary: Senior Associate, a medium-sized client service team responsible for providing quality client experience on a daily basis. Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and maintains a small roster of clients.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed. Coordinates and directs the daily operations of a client service team. Monitors work metrics and standards; resolves team issues as required. Supports clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgement to analyze information. Manages internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. - years of total relevant work experience.Experience in an operational area custody, trade settlements, swifts and/or client services preferred.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
