We are on the lookout for a Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Middle Office team in Pune, MH for a HYBRID role.
General Overview:
The Operations Analyst will join the Account Management group (ODSM) to expand capabilities supporting Global OnCore Account Maintenance. This role involves handling operational tasks, participating in project initiatives to enhance automation, and extending support to Middle Office operations with a focus on the APAC region's growth.
In this position, your contributions will include:
- Engaging with designated clients to oversee workflow related to account data processing
- Conducting data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with business rules
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to facilitate data utilization
- Establishing workflow processes to manage exceptions and track progress
- Assisting in testing activities and resolving data discrepancies
- Contributing to data reconciliations and issue resolutions
- Supporting ODSM's change initiatives
To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
- Several years of operational experience, preferably in Middle Office operations
- Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Experience in business analysis within project environments
- Excellent communication skills and client support abilities
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently with initial guidance
