About the Role

Assist General Manager - Retail Sales (Current openings in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi, Upper North, Chhattisgarh)

Reporting Manager – Business Head

While leading a sales team of go-getters, consolidate the relationships with architects, Designers, Contractors, Builders, and Fabricators to achieve the sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Maintaining and developing existing accounts, new customer acquisition and maintain right product mix.
  • Competitively positioning ORGANISATION offerings to the customers.
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Improving customer satisfaction
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop sales strategies and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment.
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and achieving market share metrics.
  • Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
  • Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize opportunities across different key accounts
  • Communicating brand identity to pertinent key business collaboration with business units and customer support.
  • Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of the sales force.
  • Team Management
  • Recruiting, leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting of targets.
  • Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 10 to 15 years' of relevant work experience (with 2 years as State Head)
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy
  • Proven ability to interact effectively with senior level executives.
  • Able to manage effectively a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
  • Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel and so on.
  • Strong training and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and close deadline
