Responsibilities includes the following below (Not limited to):
- Understanding the International finished formulations business, followed by regional markets.
- Understanding the geographical presence of MSN labs in various overseas markets.
- Understanding Respective Regional Pharmaceutical Market, followed by country wise pharma markets.
- Relationship building with partners and all other internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding Regulatory path and maintaining status of various registrations.
- Artwork Finalization and upload. Understanding Artwork Codes. Material Code Creation.
- Understanding various databases: Regulatory/Artwork/Price Master etc….
- Purchase order collection from various markets/ countries and sales order generation in SAP. (Attempt to take full batch size orders)
- Coordination with production planning, manufacturing and dispatch teams.
- Facilitating dispatches in close coordination with logistics and SCM team. Decision to prefer sea shipments over air shipments.
- Coordination with various cross functional teams within the organization; PMT, Finance,
- Legal, HR, IP, Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, SCM, logistics etc….
- Handling market complains, Pharmacovigilance, recalls etc.
- To proactively conduct competition mapping, targeting and segmentation exercises for improving brand performance.
- Coordinating internally and with external vendors for execution of strategies.
- Facilitating annual budget: sales & expense. Future plans: Five year plan etc..
- Attending various trade shows to showcase the organization and it’s capabilities.
Education:
- B. Pharm preferable with MBA with 2-4 years of sales/ marketing/operations experience.
- International Market exposure on sales/ marketing/operations experience is preferable.
