Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist – SaaS | AI Voice Tech for Recruiters   Location:  Remote or Onsite (Pune, India preferred)   Shift:  EST Hours (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) About JobTalk.AI:  JobTalk.AI is disrupting the recruitment industry with an AI Voice Agent  that replaces hours of manual cold calling. Our voice agent makes hundreds of calls in minutes , identifies pre-qualified candidates , and saves recruiters time, energy, and cost. Available in all major languages , it's the game-changer  staffing companies and large enterprises have been waiting for.  Role Overview: We're looking for a GTM Specialist  who can take this revolutionary SaaS product to market. You'll be responsible for sourcing leads , engaging recruitment influencers , and driving demo requests  from staffing firms and corporate recruiting teams across the globe.  Must-Have Skills: Prior GTM experience  at a fast-growing SaaS company Proven experience in lead sourcing  and pipeline building Ability to work with influencers  to amplify product reach Strong skills in demo enablement  and B2B sales coordination Understanding of recruitment technology  or HRTech  is a plus  Who You'll Sell To: Staffing companies with 50+ recruiters Corporations with 10+ internal recruiters Global markets – JobTalk.AI supports all major languages  Responsibilities: Build and execute the GTM strategy for JobTalk.AI Identify and engage influencers in the recruiting industry Source high-potential leads and manage outbound campaigns Drive demo requests and assist sales in converting prospects Track campaign performance and continuously optimize tactics  Why Join Us?
