**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated **Junior Implementation Executives** to join our team. This role involves assisting in the implementation and deployment of software solutions, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Software Implementation**: Assist in the deployment and configuration of software solutions tailored to client needs.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance during the implementation process and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and client interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and contribute to planning and execution.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
- **Testing and Validation**: Participate in testing phases to ensure software meets functional requirements before deployment.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 0 to 2 years of experience in software implementation or technical support roles.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is advantageous.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Excel, Advance excel, documentation tool.
