Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Sales Manager located in Baner, Pune. The Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through the homebuying process, and addressing any queries they may have. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with estate agents to ensure smooth transactions and drive sales performance in the residential real estate market.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience working with Estate Agents and in Residential Real Estate
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
