Job Overview


The Swayamvar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Patna, Bihar region. This is a full-time position with senior level responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and market trends.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the Patna, Bihar region.
  • Manage and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and attend conferences and events as required.
