Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Workforce Compensation

- 4–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with specialization in Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules.
- Expertise in Fast Formulas for automating complex compensation calculations and processes.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Workforce Compensation with other HR systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits, including life event triggers and collapsing event rules.
- Proficient in configuring benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules.
- Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
- Good knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
