Description :Key Responsibilities :- Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules to meet business requirements.- Design and implement Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations and eligibility processing.- Integrate Workforce Compensation with other HR systems ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.- Configure and maintain Benefit Programs and Plans, including life events, collapsing event rules, and eligibility criteria.- Provide hands-on support during benefit enrollments, compensation cycles, and ACA reporting cycles.- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting.- Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and ensure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Provide support during critical payroll/compensation cycles and participate in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support.- Prepare documentation, test cases, and training materials for end users.Required Skills & Experience :- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with focus on :1. Workforce Compensation2. Fusion Benefits- Proficient in :1. Writing and managing Fast Formulas2. Benefit eligibility rules, life event triggers, and collapsing event configurations- Solid understanding of ACA reporting requirements and compliance processes.- Experience with HR system integrations involving Workforce Compensation.- Good understanding of SLA frameworks and experience supporting business-critical operations.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.Preferred Qualifications :- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification in Workforce Compensation or Benefits (preferred).- Exposure to other HCM modules like Core HR, Absence, or Payroll is a plus.- Experience working in global support teams and Agile/Scrum environments.
