For more details, check out our website : dir="ltr" no-style="line-height: ;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"> About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive DoubleTick’s growth through performance marketing, SEO, brand marketing, and data-led campaign execution. Plan, execute, and optimize digital initiatives across channels, support ABM and product-led campaigns, and contribute to brand visibility in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on digital marketing experience, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while collaborating cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Optimize campaigns for CPL, CAC, ROI, and ROAS, ensuring consistent delivery of results. Manage funnels, retargeting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. SEO & Organic Growth Build and execute the SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). Oversee keyword research, content planning, and search visibility improvement. Work with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content. Brand Marketing & Awareness Support the development of brand messaging, positioning, and creative direction. Drive initiatives to strengthen brand recall and credibility across digital platforms. Manage social media presence and content consistency aligned with brand guidelines. Email Marketing & Automation Plan and execute drip sequences, newsletters, nurture workflows, and lifecycle campaigns. Segment audiences and optimize email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Work with CRM tools to ensure customer journeys and automation flows are effective. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Create and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value B2B accounts. Coordinate personalized outreach, retargeting, and multi-channel engagement strategies. Collaborate with sales for account intelligence and pipeline support. Product-Led Marketing Support feature launches, updates, and product adoption campaigns. Work with product and design teams to create landing pages, demo videos, and GTM assets. Translate product insights into marketing messages that drive user engagement and conversion. Analytics, Insights & Reporting Track all key metrics through Google Analytics, GTM, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools. Provide insights, recommendations, and weekly/monthly performance reports. Conduct user insights, competitor analysis, and market research. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product, sales, growth, and design teams to align marketing activities. Support sales with marketing materials, case studies, and targeted campaigns. Budget Ownership Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spends efficiently across channels. Requirements: Education: Engineering background or MBA from a renowned college. Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Strong exposure to Google Ads, Analytics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM tools (HubSpot or similar). Good understanding of funnels, attribution, customer journeys, and conversion optimization. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
