Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven, passionate, and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our

dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives on bringing ideas to life —

from concept to execution. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, content writing,

social media management, and collaboration, with a strong focus on brand visibility and

audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms to build

brand presence and drive engagement.

● Create engaging content for social media, website, and other marketing materials —

including posts, captions, blogs, and promotional copy.

● Manage and grow the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) through consistent posting, engagement, and analytics tracking.

● Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign

execution and creative alignment.

● Take initiative in conceptualizing new marketing ideas, collaborations, and

partnerships to enhance reach.

● Assist in shooting, editing, and posting photos/videos for brand promotion.

● Stay updated on current marketing trends and social media best practices.

● Support marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

● 0–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.

● Strong creative and writing skills with attention to detail.

● Proficiency in content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

● Passion for branding, storytelling, and digital engagement.
