Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Offshore – India) Location: Remote Shift: US Shift (CST) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter to join our offshore recruitment team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for US-based clients. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and internal databases to identify top IT talent. Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical and soft skills, and assess candidate suitability. Client Interaction: Work closely with account managers, and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Rate & Salary Negotiation: Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contract terms with candidates Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and compliance with US employment laws (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.). Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Market Research: Stay updated on US IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring patterns. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field. Experience: 2–5 years of US IT recruitment experience. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT technologies, programming languages, and software development life cycles. Sourcing Skills: Expertise in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and networking. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Negotiation & Convincing Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with candidates and vendors. ATS : Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Knowledge of US Work Authorization: Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, GC, and US tax terms. Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with US clients in IT staffing firms. Familiarity with VMS (Vendor Management Systems) like VectorVMS. Work Hours & Benefits: Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone- CST). Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
