The Bangalore chapter is 25 years old with 140 members.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Chapter Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the chapter by assisting the board in various administrative tasks related to chapter management and community engagement.
CTC: 8-11 L per Annum

Key Responsibilities:
Instagram Management:
1.     Schedule and post content according to a predetermined content calendar.
2.     Coordinate with content creators to ensure timely delivery of posts and stories.
Sponsor Management:
1.     Maintain relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
2.     Assist in the administrative aspects of new sponsorship opportunities and agreements.
3.     Coordinate with sponsors for data collection, payments, content and other tasks
Event Organization:
1.     Assist in the coordination and execution of chapter events and activities.
2.     Coordinate with planners and agencies for venue booking, catering, and audio-visual setup
3.     Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a seamless event experience.
4.     Send invitations, reminders and emails as necessary
Community Engagement:
1.     Maintain accurate records of chapter members, including contact information and membership status.
2.     Serve as a point of contact for member inquiries and requests for assistance.
3.     Support the board in various administrative tasks related to chapter management and operations.
Documentation and Information Management:
1.     Organize and archive important documents and resources for easy access by board members and chapter leaders.
2.     Maintain databases and records in an organised fashion as required.
Membership Support:
1.     Assist in the processing applications and coordinating orientation sessions.
2.     Follow up for membership renewals and dues collection, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
Financial Administration:
1.     Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial transactions in accordance with EO's policies and procedures with the help of the empanelled accountant.
2.     Monitor chapter expenses and revenue streams and follow up with members and vendors as necessary.
Communication and Correspondence:
1.     Manage email communications with chapter members, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
2.     Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other communications as needed.
3.     Coordinate mailings and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the chapter.
Board Support:
1.     Provide administrative support to the board, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and compiling meeting materials.
2.     Assist board members in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, such as organizing committee meetings and coordinating special projects.
3.     Act as a liaison between the board and chapter members, conveying important information and decisions effectively.
Qualifications:
1.     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2.     Previous experience in administration or secretarial services at Organisational or C-Suite level
3.     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5.     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
