Skills
Black Belt certified who is hands on and proficient in managing Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements.
Must have led / driven six sigma, lean projects, Value stream maps (VSM’s)
Exposure in driving high impact transformation projects involving technology and process re-engineering (e.g. RPA, AI / ML, data analytics / visualization, Low code no code platforms etc.)
Transformation skills on problem identification, solution, execution & result delivery on toolkits like Lean Six Sigma, Digital transformation or any other problem-solving toolkit
Must have worked in cross functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process.
Excellent skills in MS Office (MS Excel, PPT, Word, project plan etc.)
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and analysis
Reliable, active approach striving for process improvement, Responsibility, accuracy.
Drive ideas and work with the team ensuring people skills are also updated

Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
Actively seeking opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Client.
Identifying process gaps & improvement opportunities to infuse efficiency and effectiveness into business processes.
Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of the process.
Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen.
Drive standardization practices and ensure strict compliance in internal and client defined processes.
Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts.
Understand potential customer dis-satisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT risks.
Leading and ensuring governance for Quality/ Process Excellence initiatives for Large Engagements.
Ensure all process metrics are met
Developing good client relations
Support/provide inputs for internal/external audits
Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects in a complex and fast paced environment.
