Location : Pune, Hyderabad and Indore, Banglore

Timings : Full Time (As per company timings)


Notice Period : Within 15 days or immediate joiner


Experience : 4-7 Years


Must Have Skills :

  • At least 4-5 years experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administrator
  • Administrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is must
  • Responsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with business
  • Experience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticality
  • Should have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises Should have experience in Managing users and License
  • Should have experience in resolving Active directory, Credential vaults and Third party applications related issues
  • Should have experience in SQL Db related troubleshooting in the RPA platform
  • Experience in handling Bot failures and perform RCA Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Control Room
  • Experience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customers
  • Coordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutions
  • Participant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetings
  • Support for bot enhancements for successful runs
