We are hiring for RPA Developer for our Client.

Loation : Hyderabad

Experience : 5 + years

Role : RPA Developer

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Develop and configure RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data validation, and other manual processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject matter experts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and implement RPA solutions that align with business objectives.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices for RPA development.

- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Stay current with RPA industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with expertise in leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python, with experience in scripting and automation.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex RPA solutions that deliver measurable business value.

- Solid understanding of business processes, workflow automation, and process optimization concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- RPA certification(s) such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Automation

- Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.

- Experience with other automation technologies such as OCR (optical character recognition) or machine learning.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

- Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
