Position - Marketing Head

Location - Bandra (Mumbai)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead the marketing function for our QSR / Restaurant business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, leading marketing initiatives for new outlet launches, and ensuring consistent business expansion across existing outlets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution skills to manage a team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and expansion plans.
  • Lead and oversee new outlet launch campaigns ensuring maximum visibility, customer engagement, and footfall.
  • Drive marketing initiatives to increase sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen brand positioning across current outlets.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the marketing team including Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives.
  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns tailored to QSR / Restaurant industry needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with operations, business development, and other cross-functional teams for seamless execution of outlet launches and promotional activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure cost-effective strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, F&B, or Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving successful brand expansion.
  • Hands-on experience in launching new outlets and driving local store marketing initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in digital, ATL & BTL marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Open to travel for business expansion and outlet launch requirements.
