About the Role

A2N Airconditioning is seeking a motivated
HVAC Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive sales, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored HVAC solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems combined with proven sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Client Engagement:
    Understand client requirements and recommend customized HVAC solutions.
  • Technical Consultation:
    Provide technical expertise on HVAC systems, products, and services.
  • Sales Proposals:
    Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Market Analysis:
    Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure project success.
  • Target Achievement:
    Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Reporting:
    Document sales activities, maintain CRM updates, and share progress reports with management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
    2–3 years in HVAC sales or a related industry role.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Proven record of achieving sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Teamwork:
    Collaborative approach to cross-functional projects.
  • Tools:
    Familiarity with CRM, AutoCAD, and MS Office is a plus.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
