Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by utilizing a consultative approach to selling, identifying and qualifying leads, and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Detailed Responsibilities:- Pipeline Building and Relationship Management: Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects.
- Customer Experience Ownership: Be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from the initial interaction to conversion.
- Sales Target Achievement: Collaborate with our talented interior designers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative-Taking: Proactively address challenges and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as they emerge.
- Customer-Centricity: Demonstrate a passion for serving customers and contribute to a world-class customer experience.
- Leadership and Sales Experience: Bring past experience in managing customer relationships and leading sales teams with clear sales targets.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, being flexible, action-oriented, and results-driven, with strong data analysis skills.
- Results-Driven and Customer-Focused: Showcase a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain points, driving results, and implementing ideas efficiently.
