Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in every plate while inspiring the kitchen team with innovation and precision.Key Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and daily kitchen operations- Harness deep knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and textures to create harmonious dishes- Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality- Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff- Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining calm and efficiency- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus, special events, and signature dishes- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to guarantee fresh, high-quality produceQualifications- Culinary degree or professional training- Minimum 7–8years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a sous chef role- Strong knowledge of cuisines and modern cooking techniques- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills- Good Communication SkillsWhat We’re Looking For- Passion for food and creativity- Commitment to quality and sustainability
