About the Role:

We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Client Partner to join our esteemed team. This position is exclusively open to
female
candidates who are
freshers or recent graduates
with up to
one year
of professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for client relationship management and business development.

As an Associate Client Partner, you will work closely with senior client partners and internal stakeholders to support client engagements, foster and maintain robust client relationships, and contribute effectively to the development and execution of account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support Client Partners in managing client accounts and relationships.


• Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery/recruitment teams.


• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and help develop client engagement strategies.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.


• Prepare client-facing documents, proposals, reports, and presentations.


• Conduct market and industry research to support client needs and strategic planning.


• Track client feedback and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.


•
Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Willingness to work US
night shift
(7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).


• Must be able to work
on-site
in Vadodara.


•
Freshers
or new graduates with
0–1 year of experience
are encouraged to apply.


• This position is open exclusively to

candidates.


• Basic understanding of client management and business development processes is a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
