Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Sales - B2B - Agency Health based in Vadodara. The Associate Sales professional will handle daily tasks such as managing B2B sales relations, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, participating in strategy meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B Sales and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and data analysis
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
