Job Description

Head of Revenue to spearhead the Growth and Sales function for our digital unsecured lending marketplace business. The role will focus on overseeing the daily monitoring of the business funnel and call center performance along with lender operations, ensuring seamless operations for delivery of revenue and optimal outcomes. The perfect candidate will work closely with multiple departments, such as Business Development, Analytics, Risk, Product, Marketing, and External Lending partners to achieve the desired goal. Additionally, this position will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance to senior management regarding growth opportunities, potential areas of business expansion, and overall business strategy. Proficiency in data analysis is essential for success in this role.

Lead and manage the Growth and Sales teams to achieve revenue targets for the organization. Identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. Monitor lead generation costs and implement strategies to manage and optimize cost effectiveness. Oversee and analyse the business funnel and call center performance & lender operations on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners to drive business growth and optimize revenue generation. Utilize data analysis and insights to drive decision-making and inform strategic initiatives. Analyze market trends, develop competitive strategies, and collaborate with various departments to drive revenue generation and resolve operational issues to ensure consistent growth and financial success. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding growth opportunities, new areas of business expansion, and overall business strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the Growth & Sales team and across the organization

The Successful Applicant

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry, with a focus on revenue generation and business growth; minimum 10 years of experience in relevant industry and role. Strong understanding of digital lending marketplace dynamics and trends. Proven track record of growing revenue and developing, executing business strategy. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Hands on knowledge on tools like SQL and other analytics tools. Decision Making, Problem Solving, Accountable. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Proficiency in data analysis and experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
