Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that Ruhe products are specified by key influencers, including architects, interior designers, and plumbing contractors. This will be achieved by regularly engaging with these stakeholders, educating them about Ruhe’s product offerings, and demonstrating how Ruhe products align with their project requirements.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and plumbing contractors within the designated territory.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive database of key influencers, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, within the territory.
  • Provide updates on key project progress to the sales team and incorporate their feedback to ensure Ruhe products are specified effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities within the influencer group.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and sectors to drive company growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches for prospective clients.




Skills and Knowledge

  • Education : Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or any postgraduate discipline.
  • Experience : 2-5 years, ideally with experience in design or architecture-focused roles involving client engagement and sales.
