Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Product Management team as Product Analysts/Management Trainees. The selected candidates will contribute actively to our SaaS and performance-marketing platforms (Apptrove, Affnook, Trackier), supporting critical product initiatives and gaining comprehensive product management experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor benchmarking.
  • Collaborate on product requirement documentation and feature specifications.
  • Support the Product Manager in coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Sales).
  • Perform data analysis to monitor and evaluate product performance.
  • Document product use cases, user stories, and assist in creating user manuals and guides.
  • Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and validation activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Familiarity with SaaS or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
  • The role is for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience.
