Role Summary :

We are looking for a sharp and analytical Product Data Analyst to join our Growth and

Product team. This role is critical to understanding our customer journeys, improving

onboarding and activation, and ensuring accurate measurement of key metrics such as

conversion rate, drop-offs, lead source attribution, CSAT, and NPS. You will be the data

owner for all customer-facing analytics, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and actionability.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor key customer metrics: funnel conversion, drop-offs, lead

sources, onboarding completion, churn.

• Own the accuracy and completeness of customer data in dashboards and reports

(CSAT, NPS, product adoption).

• Work closely with Product Owners and Growth team to define KPIs and

instrumentation requirements.

• Perform root cause analysis on drops or data inconsistencies in customer flow.

• Build and maintain reports in Zoho Analytics, Google Sheets, or similar BI tools.

• Collaborate with engineers to validate event tracking and data pipelines.

• Support customer segmentation and persona development using behavioral data.


• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data literacy and reporting within the

product team.

Required Skills :


• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and at least one BI tool (Zoho Analytics, Looker,

Power BI, etc.).


• Strong understanding of SaaS funnels and customer lifecycle metrics.


• Experience with survey metrics (CSAT, NPS), attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.


• Ability to work with large, messy datasets and extract clean insights.


• Strong communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Exposure to scripting languages like Python for data analysis
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
