Overview TheRecruitment Intern plays a crucial role in supporting therecruitment team by assisting in various aspects of the recruitmentprocess. This role is important as it helps in identifying andattracting top talent to the organization contributing to a strongand effective workforce.Keyresponsibilities
  • Assist with draftingjob descriptions and posting them on various job boards and socialmedia platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conductinitial phone screenings of potentialcandidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicatewith candidates to coordinate the interviewprocess.
  • Attend and participate in career fairsand recruiting events.
  • Assist in conductingreference and background checks for potentialcandidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicanttracking system with candidate information and recruitmentstatus.
  • Support the recruitment team inadministrative tasks anddocumentation.
  • Contribute to the developmentand maintenance of recruitmentrelated marketing materials andsocial media content.
  • Shadow and learn fromexperienced recruiters to gain insights into the full recruitmentlifecycle.
  • Provide timely and professionalcommunication with candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
  • Assist in creating and maintainingrecruitment reports and analytics.
  • Helporganize and maintain the recruitment teams calendar and schedulingactivities.
  • Participate in recruitment teammeetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Contributeto improving and implementing innovative and efficient recruitmentstrategies.
Requiredqualifications
  • Currently pursuing orrecent completion of a degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration Psychology or a relatedfield.
  • Demonstrated interest in talentacquisition recruitment or human resources through coursework orprevious internships.
  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Excellent organizationalskills and ability to prioritizetasks.
  • Detailoriented with strong attention toaccuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues andcandidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office andfamiliarity with applicant tracking systems is aplus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality inhandling sensitive information.
  • Proactive andeager to learn with a strong work ethic andinitiative.
  • Time management skills and abilityto multitask in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Adaptability and willingness totake on new challenges andresponsibilities.
  • Basic understanding ofemployment laws and regulations ispreferred.
  • Positive attitude and professionaldemeanor when interacting with candidates and teammembers.
  • Understanding of social mediaplatforms and their use inrecruitment.
  • Interest in staying updated withthe latest recruitment trends and bestpractices.
