The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to meet client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Explore new business prospects and contribute to the company's growth.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
