About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Head of Performance Marketing & SEO to lead and scale our marketing function. This role involves managing the performance marketing and SEO teams, guiding their respective leads, and driving measurable ROI for client campaigns. The ideal candidate is not just a strategist but also a strong leader and communicator who can build relationships with clients, inspire teams, and deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Oversee the Performance Marketing and SEO teams, including their respective leads/managers.
  • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams to deliver results consistently.
  • Ensure alignment across channels and teams for integrated marketing outcomes.
  • Strategy & Execution
  • Define and drive overall performance marketing strategy across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO strategy for organic growth, technical optimization, and content-driven results.
  • Ensure campaigns are ROI-driven, client objectives are met, and budgets are optimized.
  • Client Management
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, representing strategy, results, and growth plans.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with client servicing and leadership to build long-term client relationships.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs across SEO and paid marketing; ensure delivery of measurable impact.
  • Provide actionable insights, optimization plans, and forward-looking strategies.
  • Report directly to senior management on overall performance marketing outcomes.
  • Innovation & Trends
  • Stay ahead of evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers/department heads.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (must be client-facing).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
