Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Product, located in Gurugram. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, conducting market research, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch. Daily tasks include analyzing product performance, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Collaborating with senior management to align product strategies with business goals and leading the product management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product Strategy and Product Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the IT infrastructure industry is a plus
